This location is almost always busy since it's frequented by SJSU students. Limited seating, so I recommend only coming here if you plan to get takeout. I used to always come here for the Super Flour Quesadilla (with orange sauce of course). Super Nacho Fries are pretty decent here too. But nowadays, I've been into their Carne Asada Burritos! Get it super if you want guac and sour cream. For drinks - I loooooove the horchata and watermelon aguas frescas here! Guilty pleasure always.

La Vic's always hits after a late night out. The restaurant is packed late at night with college students, which adds to the lively ambiance. The wait can get long at times, however. I ordered the carne asada quesadilla, which was huge--this could easily be two meals. They don't skimp on the meat, which was flavorful and juicy, and the tortilla was grilled to a buttery perfection. The cherry on top is the sauce, though--it's tangy, creamy, and spicy at the same time, and cuts through the fattiness of the beef very well. I'd highly recommend La Vics! For a smaller portion, try ordering their super corn quesadilla, which comes with a lot of meat as well.

Heads up: For vegans; you have one option veggie anything/ everything. There are no substitutes meats. For pescatarians friends, there is not seafood substitute. Ordered a horchata, took only a small sip and it was great. Homeless person was thirsty so I gave it to him. Next time will order another. Ate the veggie tacos for super late night dinner, only thing that was opened past 11pm, thankfully. The tacos are spicyyyy so beware, even mild. I think it's the pico de gallo. The bean and rice were flavorful because of the add on, but the cheese and orange sauce were go to dip on everything. Even brought sauce to go. Didn't take pictures of my food, oops.
